The staff was very kind and the therapist too ( specially on welcoming me and on treating me). Before the treatment they offered me a delicious ponegranate juice with dates and at the end of it they offered to me a delicious tea. After the facial, however, I wasn’t very happy because they didn’t remove my blackheads/ black spots well ( because my skin is sensitive, but the last time I came and they have removed everything) and because my face now is full of bruises caused by the vacuum , which is evidently too aggressive for sensitive skin ( the girl did the vacuum on me saying that for sensitive skin it was the only way to remove impurities) Seeing the problem, the staff tried to comfort me saying that the bruises would go away soon and that I should put ice on them to make it go away .they were very quick in trying to solve the problem , which shows that they care a lot about customer satisfaction. Despite the bad experience, I recommend them because the experience with the previous treatment was fantastic😊
