We like the place and the team, but filling in the feedback each time we come is a bit overwhelming. Every time we come we have to fill in the form twice – before and after the massage. And our preferences are not even saved in the system, so every time we have to do it again. I see very little value in this and its a bit annoying. Otherwise as mentioned we like the service,
